Crusoe Care as a company has a commitment to the protection, welfare, growth, and development of all young people placed in our care and although each house functions as an individual home the policies, procedures, beliefs, and values are consistent across the company. We usually operate on a 1-1 staffing basis in all our settings, and we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our young people.  

We achieve positive outcomes for young people through providing them with positive care, responsibility and understanding consequences. We encourage and enable them to develop confidence in themselves and in others, moving to develop self-reliance through promoting and supporting them to make appropriate, informed, and mature decisions concerning their lives.
